Corn Tortilla Chips

I can't believe how good these came out! I of course also made some homemade salsa (sorry, no pics).

I sprayed them with canola oil (front and back). I then seasoned them with chili powder, paprika, and salt (front and back). Baked them in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. (Note: I'm at a high altitude, so this time may not work for everyone.)

I'm sure glad Costco sells corn tortillas in bulk. I'll be making these a lot!
